Desert Trips from M'Hamid to Erg Chigaga
Experience the Magic of Erg Chigaga
Located 60 km west of M'Hamid at the end of the Draa Valley in southern Morocco, the Chegaga (or Chigaga) dunes are truly magical! Climbing to the summit of the highest dune requires effort, but once at the top, what a reward! The light of the setting sun gives incredible colors to the dunes that stretch as far as the eye can see. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset, then descend back to camp for an evening around the fire sharing stories with nomadic people. Sahara Wonders offers two distinct types of overnight experiences in Erg Chigaga, allowing you to choose the style of desert adventure that suits you best.
